We loved staying here. Staff were great, the hotel is very clean and just a couple of minutes walk to the sea. We also liked that parking was included. Good choice at breakfast.

Reception staff were nice and helpful Spa retreat obviously has a different meaning in Slovenia. This was mostly for older folk. No lounges beachside for guests until summer, even though it was hot and busy. We found the indoor heated pool too cool. Great shower. Room was fine. Breakfast was okay.

needs some renovation/remodelling

Beach was in front of the hotel and there was a nice bar at the beach for all the refreshments... there was a walking path to reach Strunjan and hotel had a garage for the car... nice choice... Hotel would need a bit of renovation, but all in all it was great. We spent most of the time outside at the beach of at the restaurant having dinner... so all good

Salt water pool. There were masses of people. Two groups of people who were old and young. The young crowded the grounds by day for a swimming camp or similar. So around 200 9 year old. So the outside pool was not available. The other crowd was 200 ish older people with average age of around 77 ish. Breakfast buffet was brutal kill or be killed exercise to score the hottest eggs and the coldest yogurt. I thought the facilities were run down and over used.

Breakfast with tonnes of options. The price was a bit steep.for a 3 star hotel.

The hotel is close to the sea and situated in a green area. Free parking. The 'sea view' from our room actually was view to the restaurant. The description advertised a quiet location, but it was far from peaceful because of a lot of people. Balconies facing the sea were in shade all day (and offered no actual sea view). Sitting on the balcony, we were constantly bothered by noise from the restaurant and the inner courtyard. I would strongly recommend requesting a balcony facing the parking lot instead – it was quieter and sunnier. The food was mediocre. However restaurant was crowded, and we often had to wait in lines. The choice of fresh vegetables was limited. Smoking was permitted in the dining area, resulting in a constant unpleasant smell. Although smokers were seated behind a rope, it did little to mitigate the odor. Drinks (even water) were not included with dinner. The indoor pool was overcrowded and filled with salty seawater. Bathrobes were not provided for the walk from the room to the pool. Additionally, the pool closed early, at 7 PM. The beach was a small cove that was also frequented by people not staying at the hotel.

Lush green environment, next to the hiking trail to Piran, very good breakfast, sunset from the beach.

Beach I appreciated the price-to-value ratio of this hotel — it offers decent three-star quality, but at a four-star price. The lobby welcomes you with a strong smell of chlorine from the downstairs pool. At night, sleep was disrupted by barking dogs and crowing roosters from nearby residential buildings. Also, there’s no sign showing where to turn for the parking lot — many drivers, myself included, missed the entrance and had to turn around. A simple sign would help.
