The location is amazing - beautiful views across the bay to Piran - and the villa was spotlessly clean with very helpful staff. The grounds are extensive with lovely places to sit and relax. Many of the sea facing rooms looked as if they had great views. Breakfast on the terrace was lovely (although completely identical on the 2 days we were there). We had the suite as it was the only accommodation available. Although huge, it felt like something my mum had decorated in the 1980's with formal furniture and a dining area. I'm not sure what this was for, as there weren't even tea or coffee making facilities (even though there are no staff onsite for much of the time, so it wasn't possible to make a drink). It also had a plastic corner spa bath and no proper shower. The suite had a large private terrace but not much of a sea view - for the price I had hoped for something quite special and was rather disappointed.

The location is more than great. The villa is situated in the beautiful old garden near the coast. The breakfast could be a little more varied. They could offer a snack in the afternoon and some fruit through the day.

This is arguably the best estate on the Slovenian coast - a view second to none, great outdoor furniture, excellent breakfast. The restaurant does not serve lunch or dinner

Beautiful villa with a huge fantastic park by the sea. Very good home made breakfast. Lovely lady and boy who help us with everything. nothing, everything was perfect
