This is a very good property for an overnight stay. Easy and efficient check in, good breakfast which was well attended. Property and parking lot clean and safe, not over-crowded. Staff friendly.

Room had a stuffy stink to it. Smells like old socks. Verifying room reservation was impossible through third party and hotel.

It was close to my destination and stores and restaurants. It allowed me to have my dog. The room had a terrible smell and when we tried other rooms, they had the same smell. I sprayed Lysol every day and it wouldn’t go away.

Room was very clean, quiet, the breakfast was well stocked. I would have liked more fresh fruit. The staff was very nice.

Terrible mildew type smell in the room

The staff were fabulous. I want to say the man that night was Danny and he got a roll away bed for us and went out of his way. Super clean and pool and hot tub worked and were great! We felt super safe on the property and it wasn’t too far from Neyland stadium. I can’t think of anything that wasn’t great at the hotel.
