Great location. The room was quite uncomfortable due to the lack of air conditioning, especially with temperatures around 37°C during our stay. This wasn’t clearly mentioned in the description, so we were expecting an air-conditioned room. The fan provided was old and not sufficient for four people. Overall, it would have been a much more comfortable stay with proper air conditioning

Cozy apartment. Good location. The reception is not on the same building. We have some problems with bedding, but the staff resolved all inconvenience . Very kindly staff.

No AC and a broken fan, so the room was hot. No washing machine, no second room. You have to pick up the key 150 meters away from another location, which makes it hard. Downtown was 0.6 miles away.

Good size apartment, great central location but nice and quiet as I was on the 5th floor at the rear of the building. Great shower could do with one that good at home, paid the extra 13 euro each day for breakfast over the road in urban crème was ok good selection.All in all good value still lot cheaper than western Europe

Loved the friendly welcome and check out and that they went the extra mile. They offered advice on excursions and had made up the sofa bed in our apartment. Also having a photo to describe where the apartment doors were helped. Beds were really comfy, everything immaculately clean and I especially enjoyed the multigrain bread at breakfast. Nothing. It was all great.
