Luxury Family Hotel Bílá Labut

Location was central. Rooms were old, no AC, it made hard to manage the stay in the summer.

The staff was lovely and welcoming. The hotel was right in the City centre. The photos on the website were more fancy than the Hotel in reality. The carpet on my room floor was old. The water power in shower was bad, It was dribbling and could barely wash

excellent price/quality ratio, location, clean, always new towels... Such inflexibility and misunderstanding of the guest is unbelievable?! I arrived at 1 a.m. from the airport with a small child, and I was asked to pay immediately. Fine — but here’s the problem: the exchange offices were closed, and they only accept euros if you have the exact amount. So, if you only have €300 in three €100 notes and the service costs €260, they would expect you to hand over the full €300! There was absolutely no understanding of the situation. They wouldn’t let me pay €200 now and the remaining €60 in the morning, nor would they accept the €300 and return the €40 change later. There was simply no alternative. So at 1 a.m., with a small child, I had to go around looking for someone who could break a €100 note — otherwise I would have had to give them €40 extra. This is extremely inconvenient and completely unreasonable, especially for guests arriving late at night from the airport. A little flexibility and common sense would have made a huge difference.

Great location - close to all types of transport and within walking distance of the center. The main bus station is also close if you are going on day trips. The reception staff are very nice. Hygiene is at a high level. The Wi-Fi didn't work for more than two whole days (they said it was due to the hot weather and they didn't do anything about it), and when it did work, it was slow. I went to the nearby shopping mall (Palladium) because Wi-Fi is great there. I don't mind, but many people will probably mind the lack of air conditioning.

The staff is nice and the place is extremely clean. The location is also very good - it is near the center, it has all kinds of public transport around it, there is also a mall nearby. The furniture was a bit outdated and it was way too hot. Outside was 36 degrees C and there was just one fan to keep it cool but it was not enough. The floor was a carpet which generated additional heat. For the future they must do better with cooling the place - AC should be a must.

The hotel doesn't offer breakfast, but they give you a discount flyer for a nearby breakfast place Great location for the main attractions I think we stayed at an unfortunate time: 1) There was no A/C in the room (they tried to provide a fan), but we were either super hot if we kept the windows closed during the night or it was noisy if we kept the windows open 2) The WIFI didn't work during our stay 3) We had problems locking our door, which we were told was a problem with that specific door, but it doesn't seem like it has been a priority to get fixed

Location was ok. The decor was really dark and miserable- it needs updating. The room was stuffy with a very loud fan as air conditioning.
