- Location - Comfy bed - bathroom looks good and clean - Staff were not friendly and aggressive (not welcoming at all) - the view was disappointing and not pleasant only because we are traveling with children we accept it because it was two connected room - the breakfast restaurant need more variety in the food options we stayed 8 nights and we got same food all days - the kitchen is inside the restaurant which makes the atmosphere quite noisy and uncomfortable during my stay I saw three to four times accident between staffs and guest because there was no space to take your food and kitchen staff are always in hurry to clear the plates and other items - the rooms looks pretty old and without good lighting

Breakfast was good There was no Russian television channels, so i was unable to enjoy my evening with a good film. Just 50 channels it total and selection was very poor, mostly news including 2 X Ukranian channels. All room had leaflets, looked like a marketing campaign buy this and buy that. Not even a complimentary biscuit or a bottle of water. I would not stay there anymore.

Location, beautiful building, my bedroom was light, airy & lovely, Didn’t get free water in rooms, & the water down stairs in reception ran out late at night. There’s no bar.

Breakfast in the hotel is famously amazing, i always have breakfast there on my Prague trips even if i can't get a room there. Best hotel breakfast i had, anywhere. Rooms are quiet and well-appointed for the cheap price, staff is in general, nice. Wifi didn't work (was extremely patchy - connected then went "no internet" then randomly started working then flipped to "no internet again) the whole trip, i had to use my phone tethering. Staff admitted the problem but did nothing to fix it.

clean, good location, pleasant staff, overall comfortable. we got a free upgrade to a bigger room which we appreciated we were on the seventh floor and the wifi was pretty much useless. i ended up spending around 20 euro just on esims because the connection is so spotty. this would’ve been a major issue if i was on a work trip. i don’t think the lower floors have this issue but in 2026 there’s no excuse to not have functioning wifi in every part of the hotel. we reported the problem to reception staff who said they’d call the technician the next day but the issue was never resolved and we didn’t hear from them. the phone in the room also emits a persistent, low beeping noise that is very annoying. you have to unplug the phone from the wall so it stops

The location All the dishes at breakfast smelled like egg! Terrible experience!

Beautiful hotel. The bedroom was large with a comfortable king size bed. There was a good stock of hot drinks sachets and the water from the tap was safe to drink. The mini bar was also well stocked. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was good and offered cooked or continental breakfast. . The location was very good - within easy distance of the historic sights. Nothing to dislike.
