Amazing location and good value for money! We stay at this hotel twice a year, every time we seem to find the same issues such as shower handless or door handles falling off, wobbly table or just general wear and tear that could do with some attention to. Also what I don’t like is depending who is at the reception at time of checking in, they either offer to check to see if the room is ready if you get there earlier (which is much appreciated!) or tell you check in is at 3pm without even checking if the room is ready.

It was a very nice day. It’s in the middle of Prague so close to the old town and there is a water dispenser dispense cold and room temperature water in every floor. The stuff is so friendly and the breakfast is so delicious. We have so much fun and and I recommend you stay in it. It’s a so nice hotel and the room are so good. Clean a little bit small but it’s very good. That the room is a little bit small and the electricity. It’s far from the bed if you want to charge your phone it’s far from the bed but in total, it’s a very good stay

The hotel is meters away from Republic square and a 10 minutes walk from the old town-location is excellent and 15 minutes from Prague's main train station. Rooms are good- ours had no view. Breakfast was excellent. They have cold water dispensers all over the hotel- but no coffee or water in the rooms. Overall, very good value for money.

Great location Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. The receptionist was not very friendly. Also, I really don’t understand the point of the online check-in, because you still have to do everything again at the reception when you arrive. The room was also not very clean and smelt like chlorine. We found hair on the wall, and the bathroom floor was dirty and felt kind of slimy. The room itself was poorly equipped and was missing some basic things we would expect from a hotel, for example, only two towels for two people, no hand towel. Another big issue was the noise. The walls seem to be very thin, and you can hear almost everything from the hallway and neighboring rooms. It was difficult to feel comfortable and get a good night’s sleep.

Breakfast was excellent. 12/10. Location is great. Staff is helpful and polite. There is a free water on every floor. Elevators are fast and there are instruments in the hotel lobby available for playing. Carpets in the room + smell of humidity in the room.

The location being so close to the mall and walking distance to the plazas Bugs in the hotel. The bathroom doesn't have much shelving to put toiletries on
