Staff were exceptional, professional, polite and helpful. The room was clean and tidy, with plenty of space. The location was perfect! The shower was lukewarm, which was disappointing as I only stayed one night. The paid breakfast was disappointing. Not many hot options, and the options that were available weren't that appealing.

This beautiful, old, historical building was also where Franz Kafka used to work. A lot of light inside, beautiful details and high ceilings. Excellent service. Due to a busy schedule I didn't have much time at the hotel.
