My room was not air conditioned. It was fine for May, but maybe not in hot weather. I believe some rooms have a/c.

dirty carpets throughout the hotel, also in the room, broken - window always opened, something was knocking all night - probably in the ventilation

The location of the hotel. Pictures do not reflect the true condition of the rooms. We needed to ask for a room change since the room we were assigned to was next to the housekeeping office and had spider web all over the windows.

It was a very convenient location and the room was comfortable. Breakfast was good and the staff helpful.

The room smelled strongly of cleaning chemicals when we arrived. They couldn’t change it because there were no free rooms, so we had to keep the window open for about 2 hours. It was February and freezing, so this was very uncomfortable.

Location Everything is outdated. The building itself, the doors, the furniture. Floor in my room was super dirty.

The location was great! The room was nice and comfy, they had excellent wifi, and the breakfast was good. I will say the hotel was a little dated but kept up.

EXCELLENT location, close to shops and all main attractions. Room was the cleanest of my entire europe trip. Would stay again for sure! No coffee/tea facilities in the room. No fridge.
