Kudos to the front desk team! Each attendant we talked to over three nights stay was very friendly and kind and helpful. (This was not our experience in most other interactions with Czechs.) You helped make our stay in Prague very easy and enjoyable.

Staff were professional, welcoming, and helpful. The room was spacious, beautiful, and comfortable. The desk fan provided was nice to have on hot nights. Breakfast served at the hotel was fabulous! The entire property is very charming and made us feel very at home during our entire stay in Prague. Couldn't be happier with our choice in Hotel Salvator!

The hotel’s location was excellent and definitely worth the money. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful. However, the room was very, very hot, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. The pillows were also a major issue — they were extremely uncomfortable, too hard and unsuitable for a good night’s sleep. Unfortunately, the poor quality of the pillows significantly affected my comfort and sleep during the stay. I would strongly recommend providing better-quality pillows with different options for guests, as this would make a big difference to the overall experience. The room and pillows

The main downside of our stay was the room. There was no air conditioning, so we had to keep the windows open at night to cool the room. Unfortunately, this meant we could hear quite a lot of noise from outside. From around 6 a.m., we could also hear chairs being moved on the ground floor, which was quite disturbing when trying to sleep. The beds were also not very comfortable, and the shower room had no exhaust fan, so it became quite humid after showering. Overall, the hotel has some good points, but improving the room ventilation, sound insulation, and bed comfort would make a big difference to the stay.

Location is very good, street is quieter, very walkable, lots of good restaurants nearby
-
Hotel itself, the staff especially Everything is amazing, would be nice if elevator had ventilation or openable part so air could get in, but cant complain since there was still elevator, which is admirable for prague and historical building

The location was perfect, in the center ! The building is very noisy at night.
