Good breakfast, room was fine but had to leave window open because it was too hot and had lots of noise from the street at night. No AC.

The best thing is the location, it is very close to the center and the most tourist spots. The cleanliness was not the best, the noise from the outside bothered a little and the beds were not very comfortable.

Very close to the city centre, U-Bahn, and shopping center. Room did not have AC. With the extreme heatwave in Europe, this was very uncomfortable.

It's not the hotel's fault but I didn't expect a hotel in the centre to not have air conditioning, so I didn't read thoroughly all the conditions and facilities. So with 38 degree Celsius (100 F) outside, we had a free sauna the entire night. I think it did the trick , probably a few pounds less than when I came.

Es un lugar cerca a la estación de metro ( 1km mas o menos), con buena conexión a los sitios historicos, sin embargo al ser un edificio antiguo el ascensor no llega al ultimo piso, lo cual hace complejo el tema si vas con maletas El tema del ascensor al ultimo piso.

The breakfast was great! The staff was kind and helpful. The hotel has one major problem: the doors are weighted to slam shut, and the walls are thin. Repeated slamming in the evening and repeated slamming starting early in the morning, so you're not going to get more than five or six hours of uninterrupted sleep from the last slam of the night to the first slam of the morning. If you need more sleep than that, this may not be the place for you. The front rooms are facing a wide, noisy boulevard, but it was surprisingly ambient even with the windows open; not nearly as bad as the door slamming. The room was pretty spartan; I know we were paying for location, but would it kill them to provide shampoo in the shower?

The room was very small for the 4 beds

Only location. It was in heart of city Rooms were very old, lift was not going to the floor so heavy suitcases had to be lifted to half the height of a floor, Rooms and electrical points were not at proper location. Bathroom were small. WC was interfering with the shower cabin.

The receptionists were very kind and accommodating. They let us leave our bags & check in early. The breakfast was amazing!

Location is great, close to transportation and very close to Palladium mall, room was clean, staff members are polite, great value for money, breakfast was ok for value Elevator is very slow, breakfast has a very limited options

The room was stuffy with barely any windows (triple room while i booked a double room) i would have preferred a double room with better ventilation. Also the seat of the toilet was broken, i realised that when i almost cut myself!

Top location and price

Excellent location and breakfast was good and complete. Walls are very thin so we were listening the other guests, specially the young colleges groups which were very noisy.

It was a bit noisy in the hotel at times, which could be improved for a more comfortable stay

Location is very good, in the center of Prague,in 10 minites walking you can get to Prague Old town. 5 min to main shopping street. There is a Paladium shopping center just next to the hotel. Tram stop just in front of the hotel. Breakfast is very simple, same everyday, not much ti choose especialky when you are with kids, but its ok. Cleaning of rooms is not doen every day.

Location was great, the room was clean and the breakfast was nice. Check-out time was not flexible. There were no changes or variety in the breakfast. The elevator service was inconvenient, and the staff were not cooperative enough.
