The central location, the rich breakfast and the restaurant. Parking is expensive and open air. Room are quite small and the furnishing is standard (carpet?). For a five stars hotel I would have expected more.

The Lounge, Room facilities, Comfortable Bed, Air con, Staff, Food choice, cleanness, Spa, Even though they were aware I was gluten free I still had to ask for bread in the morning also this was the only thing on offer. No cake or biscuits gluten free. Also bread was defrosted so soggy.

The bathroom was great! The room was good sized, not huge but, big enough. Even though downtown, it was quiet. Honestly, no compliants here.

The staff were very nice. They attended to every need with kindness and efficiency. The Hotel is well maintained and offers a variety of services including gym, spa and restaurant. We enjoyed our stay very much The fridge is full of items to purchase with no room left for personal items such as water, soft drink etc.

Location The reception staff were sullen and unfriendly, and the breakfast area was cramped and unsuitable for the number of hotel guests.
