The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. The breakfast was excellent and the chef/cook made a wonder blueberry cake for breakfast! Awesome.

Nothing so much, only may be location was good 1. There was no air conditioning at all, only a small fan that was not helpful. 2. Nobody cleaned the room unless you went into the corridor and found someone to ask for cleaning. 3. I booked a king-size bed, but instead got two single beds pushed together. You cannot sleep comfortably in the middle like you can on a real king-size bed. 4. The shower was extremely small. It was almost impossible to stand comfortably while taking a shower. 5. The rooms still use heavy metal keys with large metal key tags instead of key cards, which would be much more convenient. 6. The receptionist (I think he was Ukrainian based on his English accent) was very rude when I asked about the air conditioning. If he worked for me, I would not keep an employee with that attitude. 7. This was the worst experience I have ever had in Prague, a city I have visited more than 30 times. Even hostels are cleaner, more comfortable, and offer a much better stay.

The manager provided us a nice treatment with very kindness, also the location is an advantage when want to get everywhere on foot. I don’t like that pictures on booking differ much from reality. There are some new pieces of furniture however the property itself would really need an investment (floors, doors, toilets, bathrooms…). Except that the room, bathroom was too small for our group and our stuff (I could not even open the wardrobe). Breakfast was good but every time the same staff. It would be beneficial to broaden the offering and increase variety.

Location is very good Bathroom is too tight

Location and cleanliness, the shower was great as well. The bathroom and the size of the room, it didn't look like the pictures. Not enough sheets for the night. The willingness of the staff to assist costumers was also lacking a bit.

The location was excellent the staff as well, i think they should renovate the rooms though and make it a bit pricier The heater wasn’t working as expected and the room floor was some sort of old carpet they also didn’t offer slippers in their rooms

Perfect location in the center. Nice receptionist Room design and room facilities

Location On reservation i chose double room with breakfast. I was 'upgraded' to triple room without breakfast :( We are couple, extra bed in the room has no meaning. Discovered that breafast is not included only on check in (it was mentioned on the reservation confirmation, but i did not see it since i did not read it). The shower head was broken, was replaced upon our request.

The location is good Long story short.. the chief of the Hotel brought me the police complaining that I was smoking in the room though the room has a terrace but it was raining and I was smoking in the window that’s when they took pictures of the Cigarettes on the window and start complaining that they want a penalty of smoking in the room about €150 then they stole the key from the door and they asked to penalty of €100 when I refuse to pay they brought me the police and after I discussed it with the police I proved myself right the police left, but they refused to let me check out and leave the hotel with my Luggage. All they are asking for is money. I don’t know what kind of Key is that which cost me €100 and I didn’t write any penalty or signed on it that it would cost me €150 besides it’s a terrestrial so I am supposed to smoke in the Terrace.

Very good quality hotel in the centre of Prague ! Very good service quality !!

There was a situation that wasn't supposed to happen (caused by me by mistake) which was taken care of professionally and in the friendliest manner, thanks to Don and Andrey and their professional and fair approach. On my next trip to Prague, i'm staying here again. HIGHLY recommending it.

Nothing major, everything was good.

The location was exceptional, very close to the main square. The price was good for the value, especially considering it’s in the center of Prague. The receptionist (an ex-cop, who spoke very good English) was very helpful and even let us check in earlier for an extra fee. Reception seemed to be available 24/7. The hotel is old, and the rooms and bathroom were small. The bathroom had mold, and overall cleanliness was poor — we even found hair on the sheets, and after asking for a change, the new sheets weren’t much better. The cleaning ladies carried towels and sheets in Ikea bags, which looked very unprofessional. In general, the property felt neglected, and cleaning standards were low.
