I like the sauna

“We really enjoyed everything about our stay. The staff were extremely kind, attentive, and welcoming to us from the beginning. They even gave us a discount on our room, which we really appreciated. Another thing we loved was that they allowed us to leave our luggage there after check-out so we could continue enjoying the city without worrying about our bags. Overall, they made us feel very comfortable and well taken care of. The only thing we didn’t like that much was that the room was quite warm. There was a fan available, which helped, but it would be even better if there was some kind of air conditioning or temperature control system.

An uncomfortable hard mattress, only one small pillow and no bedside light. The small things matter and are easy to fix. Plus, the hotel had such a seedy atmosphere.

Noise from the outside sometimes was disturbing

The hotel wasn't well maintained. The hair dryer didn't even turn on and the door knob was broken and wouldn't even lock for security. The door post was also broken but not mended. The lamps in bedroom was wobbly and screws came off..etc.

We stayed here two years for a birthday. The first year was amazing. The second year was awful. The room was freezing, and they didn't tell us how to close the window. They forgot to give us blankets and took over a half hour to bring them to us,. The hot tub was broken and they shoved a glove inside the drain, so the entire time you were in it the glove was touching your legs - it was disgusting. The drain wouldn't open - because it was broken - so in the middle of the night we had to find someone to come into our room to fix it, so we could reheat the tub. It could not have been less romantic. Not to mention it was twice the price the second year.

I must say it's a top location with top atmosphere (availability of sauna). The accomodation is just right. Huge + own little bath, not shared. The toilet is shared though. The bed was clean. Just as should be. Despite the prons cons include the disturbing laughter and screaming by near downstreet layabouts. On top of it are reckless guests with no mercy of by force pushing the doors to be locked. Talking around midnight. There are strictly given quite hours by your guests don't mind that. The review has been well affected by the sauna which was so enjoyable. You HAVE to do something with with the rude, reckless and easy minded people. Overall good value. When the price is higher the valuation of review would be lower. Please do something about it. Thanks.

the bed is not a bed meant to spend the night, even tho we asked in the front desk. its more of a chill space between the sauna and jacuzzi its a funny set up, for a spa moment but not a room for spending the night. its also too hot for sleeping and if you turn everything off there is a cold draft in the room.
