Excellent location, spacious rooms and very good breakfast. The rooms weren’t vacuumed as long as we stayed there. The lifts (2) broke down on the last day and notices were out on all locations. As a result we had to carry our luggage for four flights of stairs. The staff should have proposed to help instead of just putting signs there the lifts are out of order.

There is not a better location in all of Prague. Instant access to the Charles Bridge and the old town. The hotel was wonderful, but we cannot say enough about the front desk staff! Astonishing how much patience, and with a smile, these people performed. It is like having a private tour guide at your disposal. And my husband had to leave at 6 AM due to a family emergency and the gentleman from the front desk prepared a bagged meal for him to take to the airport. So so thoughtful. OH!!! And the breakfast! What a spread! Tremendous value at this place. Loved all of their recommendations.

Room was really big and so was the bathroom (we had both a shower and a bath). Room was cleaned daily even if we didn't put the sign outside the door, breakfast was amazing with a lot of variety. Perfect central location to visit the city centre, the castle and the parks. We walked everywhere. Staff was very friendly, let us check in early and kept our luggage the last day. Nothing.

The location was fantastic with great restaurants very close and not overly touristy. The rooms were large and comfortable and quiet overnight. The staff were all great especially Ljuba on reception. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends. Nothing major!

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! Everything was very pleasant and welcoming, and I would especially like to mention Ljuba at reception. She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional, and always made me feel welcome. Her kindness and positive attitude really made a difference to my stay. Thank you, Ljuba, for the excellent hospitality! I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

Clean and comfortable rooms, beautiful communal areas, great breakfast and helpful staff. The air conditioning was hard to control (but was very welcome in the heat!)

This is our second stay and did not disappoint. The property is beautiful, room spacious and exceptionally clean. All staff amazing, welcoming and can’t do enough for you. Great breakfast with lots to choose from. Location fantastic for all city sights. Cannot fault, highly recommend Nothing all amazing

View from room excellent. Easy walk to most attractions. Tram at doorstep. Quiet rooms.staff extremely helpful. We did have a leaky shower, and cubicle small, but bath was divine!
