With so many international tourists that speak English it was very disappointing the T.V didn’t have English channels

Great location No air-conditioning on the hottest days for a century. A big and noisy fan made it survivable. No lift and the stairs to the second floor were very uneven and a bit dangerous

The location of the hotel is excellent. The staff and management were not particularly friendly to an elderly couple, who had health issues due to the heat.

The hotel was lovely. The location was great. Staff were so nice & helpful No air conditioning but it was a very old building so I can understand it would be a little hard to install .

Great location, good size room, nice selection for breakfast. Restaurant was pleasant with reasonable prices. We were one of the few rooms that had an aircon unit, but it was quite noisy. we were on the top floor, but it meant we had one of the quieter rooms. bathroom was not a great space, with us been on the top floor we had a slanted roof which limited space to move about and also the shower did everything to get water everywhere but in the bathtub.

Close to all the tourist sights. Quiet location even though it’s located on a busy pedestrian street. Beautiful furniture. Tipping was automatically added to the bill. Be sure to o review your bill.

Very central No elevator, but we were ok. A bit loud… but it is the location.

Room in old house with beautiful painted ceiling and older furniture. Well located near 50 yards from the Charles Bridge. Staff helpful and friendly. No elevator is a challenge for seniors like us. No A/C can make uncomfortable in warms days as we have experienced. No noise protection windows (due to city regulations) make nights very noisy due to the 24/7 tourists movement around this area.

Fabulous location. Just a 100m away from the Charles Bridge. Restaurants and shops out the door. Friendly staff & breakfast was nice served in the restaurant below. Easy flat walk to all sites. Hotel is located above a restaurant so there are some slim steps (about 20) to navigate to get to reception. Didn't see a lift if this is an issue for you. Didn't worry us.
