The hosts on-site at the property were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect! Nothing that I can think of right now. We had an excellent stay!

It’s right on the main thoroughfare just 100 yards from the Charles Bridge and in the other direction old town Square. So it can be loud at night, but the location is fantastic. Maybe not as much for you if you’re an early to better and you sleep lightly. But you can also ask for a room in the back, which is quieter. Nothing

Location was wonderful. Room was clean, bright, and we'll equipped. The room was so hot we had to go buy our own oscillating fans at a cost of almost €100 just to leave them there. Hopefully the next guest was more comfortable with them. We had AC, but it completely bypassed 2 of the 4 beds, one of our children was puking and I'll from the heat the first night and the hotel was unable to do anything, so we had no choice to get some kind of air flow on the other beds. With AC our apartment was over 30 degrees at some points. This was during a record breaking heat wave (30 some degrees all week), but the room was basically unusable as provided.

The complimentary earplugs was a good idea due to the inner courtyard noise. Staff was very helpful. The curtains were a major issue in our room 3D. The curtains were not wide enough to fully cover the windows, light shined in at daybreak! They were also not attached to the rod at the ends so when you would close the curtains the end of the curtains would slide across and not fully cover the window .

The location was the best. In the heart of a lot and less than five minutes to the Charles Bridge. The shower head didn't stay up so we had to hold the shower nozzle.

Best location. Nice staff. Good cleaning. They could add a toaster and mirrors to the bedrooms.

Excellent location, right in the heart of the tourist area. The accommodation is clean, spacious, and comfortable.

It was in an amazing location -easy close walk to Bridge, old town, clock and even the Castle complex. The coffee and cookies at the reception were fabulous and the staff member at our check in was so very nice! I loved all the live plants located in our space and throughout the building. Found additional pillows but couldn’t find covers for them. The plant on our kitchen table had little bugs.

Location. Comfort of an apartment like being home versus a hotel If on lower level, noise can be a bit distrurbing sometimes - bar nearby.

Location is perfect, the staff is very service oriented and responsive. The apartment is not new but feels very well cared of and clean. The design is practical. King bed matresses were too soft for us, the wooden floor is a bit squeaky in the bedrooms and living room. The bathtub is very high to come in and out and there is one run of stairs before you get to the elevator.

The apartment was very well located, and I LOVED the bright light and beautiful rooftop views. It was such a big space with great facilities, that I was sorry we were only there for one night. It would be a wonderful home for a week or more! The ladies in reception were so helpful and we got the rooms early, which we appreciated after traveling overnight. There were steps upon entry to the building to get to the elevator that we were advised were not wheel-chair accessible, but that should be noted. There were 2 comfy beds an 3 futons, but no comfy place to sit and just stare out the windows. The only chairs were dining chairs, straight-backed and hard. 2 or 3 club chairs would have been perfection!
