Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, and a great location. Close to the tram stop and within walking distance of the city center. Overall, a pleasant stay!

The hotel is clearly new/restored and in good fit. The room was in perfect shape. The best thing was the price-features trade-off. It is really bad for southern Europe visitors to get to an hotel with no reception at all, and for our needs we had to go to the reception of the adjacent hotel (70 meter far away). We didn't understand why it was not possible to have a third day brekafast at the adjacent hotel (on payment) and it was very bad to claim for towels at the reception of the adjacent hotel. Parking is only on payment (EASYPARK worked) on the street, no garage available.

Vero comfortable and modern hotel, about 3 stations in metro from the centre. Bed was excellent , AC was awesome especially for heat waves in August Small misunderstanding with the reception when i extended the room, but nothing meaningful

I liked the location of the hotel. It was close to the trams and to shops and restaurants. There was no reception ever not even during the day. There was people partying in the hotel rooms and being loud all night banging doors and suitcases up and down stairs and shouting. There was no staff ever coming to check if everything was okay. The doors were faulty our doors didn’t lock properly and it would be easy to leave open as it didn’t close properly. The bathroom smelled weird like sewerage and the smell never went away. The shower barely worked as it was either cold or no water came out. The beds were unbearable uncomfortable the pillows weren’t even flat they were lumpy and so uncomfortable the room was constantly hot as the air conditioning wasn’t cool and the mini fridge was always hot as it was stuffed inside a wardrobe. There was no facilities in the hotel at all.

The property was close to the bus stop, and clean and had required items in the apt that i could use during my stay, nothing to complain about, good choice, and very comfortable Nothing to complain, its a good place to stay, with good value for money
