Hotel Kinsky Fountain

The bar was closed throughout our stay. Some staff were friendly, others less so.

Very clean and comfortable stay. Staff friendly and helpful.

I could NOT believe that the hot water was not hot enough luke warm not even warm… i could not take a shower… thank god I only stay there one night…

Great staff, extremely helpful with the exception of one. Super clean. Amazing breakfast. Would definitely recommend. Close proximity to dental clinic I was attending.

A very peaceful stay in a quieter part of the city. A lovely hotel with actual fountain in the foyer and nice bar and seating areas. Reception staff were very friendly too, always acknowledging as you you come and go throughout the day. No issues at all so would happily stay again in future.

Das Hotel ist doch recht zentral gelegen. Dafür ist es zudem recht ruhig. Es war gut mit den Öffis zu erreichen und Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis kann sich auch sehen lassen. Das Frühstück war akzeptabel. Allerdings habe ich schon bessere Frühstücksbuffets erlebt. Doch der Stil des Hauses hat gut in das geschichtsträchtige Prag gepasst.

Helpful staff, breakfast was nice, room was very warm, about a half hour walk from Old Town

A quaint, old school hotel in a nice location close to the river and convenient for public transport. The breakfast was good and served in a pleasant dining room. Nice room but for a slightly cranky shower.

Alt fungerede fint, fra lufthavns transport, check in, værelse og morgenmad. Hotellet ligger find i forhold til diverse seværdigheder, og 3 minutters gang til sporvogn

Hotel is nice, very clean. Quality breakfast. But safe and air conditioner did not work in the room.

Bra mellanklasshotell med gångavstånd till flera sevärdheter. Nära till spårvagnen. Godkänd frukost. Kan absolut tänka mig att bo där igen. Prag har blivit en favoritstad

The room is small, without working Aircon during summer time it's difficult to prise this hotel as 4 star hotel

We enjoyed our 3 night stay at Hotel Kinsky Fountain. The hotel is close to a tram stop and a Hop On Hop Off bus stop, which made it very convenient for getting to all the sightseeing in Prague. Breakfast provided a nice selection of both hot and cold options. The staff were friendly and helpful. We appreciated the bathrobes and slippers that were provided, as well as the nice array of bath amenities which included separate hair conditioner. Our room (#103) was comfortable, though quite small. The closet was tiny and the only furniture was 2 small end tables by the bed and a desk. The bathroom door was warped and didn't want to close. I think other rooms might have been much better. Although the hotel does have an elevator, there are steps from the lobby to the elevator, which poses a problem for anyone who is unable to carry their suitcase up the stairs. The reception staff did help with that, though. In all, I would recommend this hotel.

Avoid....no hot water, can you imagine that in winter? No effort made to rectify.
