Excellent location for sightseeing AC was very weak

First of all: The staff was amazing. Really really good customer service. They go the extra mile and really try to make everything possible for you. I would give a 10/10 for that! The breakfast is also very good and with a great view. The rooftop terrace is free of charge if you're a guest. It has an AC which is super important in summer. The room was nice and spacious BUT ... it goes under the name "Royal Suite". That makes for some seriously wrong expectations. Because, yah, it is nice and spacious, but far from suite feeling. The beds are very soft, my back hurt after a night. The curtains can't be totally closed which is kind of annoying cause the building is lighted up at night. Everything is a bit old and used - the shower holder in the bathroom needs fixing, the interior has seen better times. The view is kind of restricted with the second glass wall in front of it. There are spiders outside AND inside the room. But the real no no is: The room is not soundproof. The hotel is situated at a really busy crossroad with cars, busses, trams driving day and night. It is LOUD. And the windows don't filter that out at all. So I was honestly a bit disappointed because I had expected much more. As it is I think the value you get for your money is not worth it, I would not book this again.

Lovely hotel, great location, nice breakfast with amazing view from the restaurant. Staff were helpful, overall a great stay. Two minor issues, not having the choice to choose the temperature of the room, most of the time it was comfortable though and, water temperature of the shower, it would take ages to warm it up, probably being to fuzzy about it

Excellent location for wandering the city, beautiful views, staff were fantastic, nice cafe at ground level, great breakfast and cocktails at glass bar Nothing too much trouble, and organised airport transfers for us n/a

The building and the he view from the roof top is amazing. Room was big, bathroom was nice, shower was great! Staff were all very nice! Bed was comfortable! Everything was ok but very basic! I believe I was expecting a bit more luxury from an iconic building!

Warm welcome, efficient check in, lovely river view room much larger than i anticipated. Comfy beds, good shower. Amazing breakfast. Super roof terrace for drinks. I am English so a kettle to make tea would have been nice...the nespresso machine's water tasted like coffee
