The hotel is very charming. It feels like a luxury property. You can see that it was design properly and that they took into account the local aesthetic and ambiance. The staff is very nice and attentionate. I asked to be put in a calm area as we are light sleepers, and it was taken into account. It was perfect. The beds are very comfortable, perfect to rest after walking around Prague and a nice dinner. The breakfast is nice as you can get a proper meal (like in a brunch spot like egg benedicts or shakshuka) and not just a buffet, the buffest is just a plus. The hotel is just next to the river, which is very accessible and makes you very close to all the good spots to reach in Prague via walk. Nothing, it was perfect.

The location was great. It was close to all the main touring sites and 20-30mins bus/tram to the airport/train station. There were small markets and many restaurants nearby. The staffs were very friendly and the breakfast was great, especially the freshly baked pain au chocolat. Our room was the smallest on the floor, according to the floor map. It might be because we arrived relatively late, but it'd be better if the room are of the same size or the hotel could give us a discount regarding the room size.

Everything. Super stylish hotel, new & clean and service was great. The staff were very helpful. Great restaurant in the hotel. One of the best hotels. I will definitely come back. Nothing.

Great newly opened hotel, 20 min walk from the old town hall square, Charles bridge, etc... River bank access 4min. Very clean and beautiful. Great library with free coffee and tea. Nice rooms with good enough space, great wooden floors and stairways, great patio and restaurant. Even heated floor in the bath. Great noise isolation rooms. Fully working air conditioning. I was very happy with the selection.

Design, size of beds The restaurant / bar staff were inattentive, uninterested too busy on their phones or talking to each other. Very difficult to get service when in the bar restaurant area. Seemed inexperienced and not upto a 5star hotel standard by any means. Really let down the stay as the reception staff were sweet and very nice.
