Location is excellent for this hotel, right next to the metro station. So even if is "not in the city center", you get there in 10-15 minutes - and as a bonus you get to experience one of the deepest metro lines in continental europe. Has excelent parking and good accessibility by car from the highway. Food was great at breakfast, and the access to the Executive Lounge was a top trait. I actually recommend such room if you travel for business or with family, as you can "kill" some time waiting for room to be ready, or in the evening if the child gets tired before sleep time :). Hotel service was top notch, with everyone smiling and being helpful.

Excellent service, the staff is incredibly nice and they were so generous offering us a bottle of sparkling wine as a welcome gift and a goodbye gift too! The hotel is really clean and has everything you need! We will choose it again when we are in Prague!!!

We loved everything about this hotel. So convenient for transport, the room was comfortable and access to the executive lounge was a huge bonus. Will definitely stay here again when we return to Prague Nothing

The hotel was well located, there was transport to the center of the city and the stop was next to the location. The breakfast was great, and there was a lot of choice. The staff was very friendly. Unfortunately it was a short stay so I didn't get to experience the wellness area. Which is not a negative point, maybe next time I can do it.

Great breakfast, underground parking (extra fee), very spacious hotel, and helpful staff. The metro is close by, which is a great way to get around. The hotel is a little bit dated but clean.

The hotel is gorgeous and there are a lot of pictures from the making of Amadeus (Milos Forman director) in Prague, more than 40 years ago. The staff (with one exception) is really nice. We had the rooms on the Executive Floor with access to the Executive Lounge where you can have drinks and really fine snacks 12/24. The young woman from the reception desk the first day, who was really unpleasant and kind of rude. We had to pay for a deposit (for the minibar) of 50 euros/room. I don't know why, because at the Executive Lounge we had all the drinks and snacks for free the whole day. But the problem was that after the check out they didn't unblock the card. Only after 5 days and a nasty mail I got it back.

Everything was just perfect - the room, equipment, room for the kids, presents from the hotel for adults and children, staff and breakfast!! On arrival we were upgraded to the executive room which was wonderful!! We will return here again for sure!! Everything was perfect!!!

Breakfasts... best hotel breakfast I've had so far. We were spoiled with choice quality was excellent, but most important of all kids enjoyed it more than anything else, and this was great start of your day, when you know kids enjoyed it :-) We also enjoyed live piano performances in the lobby in the evenings.

Logation and transportation was perfect. Staff was nice and helpfull. Breakfest was diverse.
