Overall, the hotel was decent, but there were several things that left a bad impression. The woman at the reception wasn’t very friendly or welcoming. I also paid by card in USD, and the final amount charged was about $30 higher than I expected. When I asked about it, she told me it was due to the exchange rate used by the Czech bank. A few hours later, I checked the exchange rate myself and confirmed that I had indeed overpaid by around $30. That was very disappointing and left an unpleasant feeling. The room was also missing some basic amenities. There was no kettle, and the bathroom didn’t provide any shampoo or shower gel. Another inconvenience was that there was only one power outlet next to the bed, and it was already occupied by the bedside lamp, making it impossible to charge a phone without unplugging the lamp. The hotel itself was okay, but these issues significantly affected my overall experience.

Almost everything was clean. The bathrooms are moldy but apart from that everything was clean and in good shape Mold în bathrooms Wifi didn’t worked for an entire day Air conditioning doesnt work properly

Well honestly nothing much Air conditioner was not working. Wifi was not working. Did the complain but no response. Breakfast had previous day refrigerated boiled eggs.

Nothing much. The worst experience in my life. That was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life. The staff acted as if I was bothering them. I didn’t take it personally because I saw how they treated the other guests as well. I completely wasted my money on this place. It felt like a relic from the socialist era, with grumpy staff who even charged me more than the price shown on Booking.com. I only needed a place to crash because I was moving out of my office, and I was already exhausted. I had left my luggage, which contained books and office equipment, at the hotel’s luggage storage. They called to wake me up just so I could move my luggage to my room, which made no sense. After I checked out, I left my luggage there again while I prepared my new office. When I came back to collect it, they even tried to charge me for storing it. Since they had already overcharged me at check-in, I refused to pay anything else. What a terrible experience. Everything about my stay was wrong, and I truly regret choosing this hotel.
