Nice & comfortable room, helpfull staff and good breakfast helped me to enjoy my stay in Prague n/a. There's no metro station but tram station is very close to the hotel.

The reception is open 24 hours. If you need coffee, you can pay a small fee and the receptionist will make you one. They also have a small snack machine. There’s a supermarket nearby, less than a 10-minute walk away. The tram station is just a one minute walk from the hotel and takes you directly to the city centre. We had two rooms, and in both bathrooms, the water in the shower area took around 10–15 minutes to drain. So while taking a shower, your feet end up standing in dirty water, which was quite unpleasant. We reported the issue to the receptionist, who told us it would be fixed, but unfortunately no one managed to fix it during our stay. The housekeeping also didn’t clean the rooms properly.

The hotel is clean, the room is big, we had a terrace as well. We had everything we needed - towels, shampoo which was also replenished. The location is perfect - in a quiet neighbourhood but very convenient. The tram stop is just a few steps away. Lidl is also 5 minutes away. In general our stay was perfect. We would return.

Aircon which was very good during +37, very close to tram stop which makes it easy to get anywhere you need. The bed was very comfortable and room was spacious. There are nice places to eat around. And the price is really good. I would paint the walls and upgrade the towels a little bit, some of them looked tired.

It was a great location. The neighborhood was great and the tram stops were like 2 min. away! I had a problem with the ac and they fixed it immediately:) I also reserved my stay with breakfast. It was good. It was a pretty big buffet and a coffee station. I didn't like that there was no refrigerator or microwave. I'm the one that didn't ask, first. They were nice and, one time, let me keep a pizza in their fridge.
