It’s not a five start hotel rooms were small for families no boiler or iron you should pay again them if you ask. The location was good near the main train station and downtown.

Nothings 3 stars is more than enough. * Bad hotel overall. * Very bad reception. Whenever you ask about anything, the answer is usually: “You have to pay.” * I booked parking on the road and asked the receptionist where it was. She said, “I don’t know. Cancel it and book the hotel parking instead,” which was almost double the price. * I booked a suite, but what I got was an old studio. * No help with luggage. If you ask for help, they expect a tip. * Very basic and disappointing breakfast. I asked for an omelet and was told it costs extra. I also asked for well-done boiled eggs for my kids, but they brought the same undercooked eggs. * The room had no soap, and water was provided only on the first day. * Very old furniture and bathroom. Even the shower was positioned in the opposite direction of the bathtub. * Flies in the room and restaurant. * Very old TV, not a smart TV. * It was sunny one day and I asked reception for an umbrella. They said I had to pay for it. * They only provided sparkling water. I explained that my kids don’t drink sparkling water, but they said “This is what we have.” Overall: Very poor service and definitely not worth the price.

Location was excellent. Walking distance to anything we needed. The room itself was very spacious. It was nice that there was a mini bar that was refrigerated. Nothing.

A beautiful building with lots of history. The hotel is kept immaculately clean. Reception were very pleasant. Breakfast staff very attentive & polite. That we were not greeted with a least a cold drink of water at reception, it was a really hot day & a cold drink would have been appreciated. The bath is very deep & although it has a hand rail, still hard to feel safe getting in/out, a bath slip mat is needed.
