Location could not have been better. Far enough away from the hussle and huddle of busy bars but close enough to enjoy them and have a 5 minute stroll back. Super close to the muzeum metro. The AE bus (AirPort Express) picks up and drops off to the main station which is merely a 10 minute walk. Room itself was lovely and well maintained. Plenty of towels and amenities as well as a daily clean and tidy. Air con was much appreciated in 35 degree heat the room felt cold and comfortable to sleep in. The addition of electronic key access was a nice touch h as saves faffing with keycards especially when travelling as a pair. The staff at the hotel were very responsive on WhatsApp and nothing was too much. Even down to assistance when we wanted to drop off bags before check in we received instant replies. na

Location 5 mins walk to train station, 15mins walk to city centre. Spacious room with availability of coffee machine,safe and amole Storage space. Staff is couteous If your documents r not verified then u ve to Walk 15mins to City centre to their reception in another branch, thats tiring especially when u ve travelled long way. Without this room number n passkey nt provided.That facilitation should be provided by any staff at maestro not a big deal to make guests comfy n facilitate ease. Breakfast menu is satisfactory but can be improved.

The hotel was in old town centre, very good location The walls were dirty and hairs on the bed. We emailed them and they came to change. Not variety at all for the breakfast. The coffee machine had broken, so no coffee in the morning. The only staff, we met it was when they were coming to ask our room number in the morning for breakfast. Also very small breakfast room, we were waiting to finish others to have a table there.Very early check out at 10:00 ☹️

Great stay. Couldn't have asked for more for a short 2 night stay in Prague. Central location, comfortable, clean, great value for money Breakfast could have been better but its an optional extra

Really close to the town center, very comfortable and a great deal for the price. The bed was very comfortable. Shampoo, soap and shower gel were both provided. Towels were provided, too. The entrance door to the building was very heavy to open and close, so it may be an accessibility issue for those with mobility problems or disabled people.
