Hotel was very clean Staff vere super helpful Metro was right outside With trains very frequent it took 3 min on the Metro to the city centre. Everything was great

The staff was very helpful and kind. Rooms are large and clean. Breakfast was amazing, the overall atmosphere really fits into a 5 stars hotel. The view from the pool is really astonishing. I think it needs a bit of renovation. Everything else was really nice.

The hotel facilities were good but what stood out during our stay was Pavel who greeted us at the reception. Excellent service and professionalism. The female staff at the reception as well as the parking staff could be a bit more polite and friendly.

Our room was excellent, the staff was friendly and helpful when asked questions. the breakfast was everything you could ask for. And it was great for us that the metro was just outside the hotel Only one bad thing and thats the hotel has too few elevators, several times we had to wait 15-20 minutes for an elevator with enough space to arrive at our floor. a few times we even had to sort to the staircase.
