Room was clean. Bed comfortable and breakfast was excellent. We run out of hot water in the morning. Provision should be made for enough hot water.

We were in an apartment 2 adults and a child and it was specious enough. The apartment had a separate entrance door, but it was just next to the hotel door, so it was not a problem for us. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Breakfast was one and the same every day and the variety was missing.

staff and location are nice. The toilet is smelly and got clogged during our stay.

The room was very clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious and very satisfying. The location feels a little removed from the central parts of Prague- mainly due to the steep hills that border it. The WiFi was very weak- I was only really able to get a stable connection (with my phone) on the first floor lobby / lounge areas.

Water didn't have enough pressure in shower, level of the sink was loose and air condition wasn't good enough

The hotel is on the main street and have lots of facilities around. The sofa bed in the living room was broken which hurt our backs.

Staff was very friendly and went out of their way to look up maps and help me reserve a taxi for the airport. I enjoyed talking with them late at night, when the hotel runs a little bar with some wonderful Czech beer!

I like the hotel and the facilities, beautiful view from the city and very good location. The hotel is near the city center with Tram station right in front. Very good transport connection. The hotel team is extremely helpful and polite. The breakfast could have a little more variety and more quality products. It's not bad, but it is not perfect. The apartments on the 5th floor are very hot in the summer, which makes it a little uncomfortable to sleep at night.

The breakfast was hearty and satisfying. Just a note—both the coffee and the juices were made from powder, so don’t expect fresh options, but it still did the job to start the day. One thing to keep in mind: I wouldn’t recommend staying on the fourth floor during summer, as the room has no proper window and gets very hot. Also, due to the hotel’s close proximity to the tram line, it can be quite noisy with the metal screeching of trams—especially if the window is open. That said, I had no trouble sleeping with earplugs.

Very good place to stay in Prague in indecently low cost concidering location, room size and descent breakfast. It is very old and requires renovation.
