Some staff was very friendly and ready to help, good breakfast The pool is not included in the room rate and requires an additional fee, which was disappointing. What bothered us even more was the check-in process. The staff insisted that we provide personal information for our children (name, surname, adress, date of birth), who are under 10 years old, claiming that it was required by law. We have stayed at many hotels across different countries and have never been asked to provide this type of information for our children. The explanation we received seemed misleading and left us feeling frustrated. This experience negatively affected our overall impression of the hotel.

Excellent breakfast, very tasty and various Ine of our bedrooms was without window. Was tough to properly ventilate it.

It is clean and well-maintained with old-style decorations. I felt that the staff were unfriendly and did not have a family-friendly attitude. We stayed in an apartment with a kitchen. They were too suspicious and kept knocking on the door because they could smell food. Finding parking in the visitors' area is really challenging. It also costs at least 10–12 euros per day and breakfast had very few options. There were minimal options for kids. I would not recommend this accommodation for families with children.

Really good hotel with reasonably big room. The washroom was also spacious. We also liked the breakfast. Location is also good as from a nearby tram station, one can easily reach the old town.

Our visit to Prague was made so much more enjoyable thanks to our stay at your hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome. The multilingual staff were warm, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay as comfortable and stress-free as possible. Their kindness and genuine care did not go unnoticed. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The beds ensured a great night's sleep, and everything was maintained to an exceptionally high standard of cleanliness. Breakfast each morning was plentiful and delicious, with friendly members of staff on hand to help with anything we needed. It was a lovely way to start each day. The hotel's location is another great advantage - safe and convenient, with easy access to Prague's town centre. There are also plenty of local convenience stores, cafés, salons, and other amenities nearby. A heartfelt thank you to the entire hotel team. You are brilliant, and we truly appreciate your kindness, professionalism, and hospitality. You helped make our trip a wonderful experience that we will remember fondly. Rooms 402, 403, and 404❤️

A delightful traditional and well managed hotel. Very clean with a good variety of healthy food available in the restaurant. The staff were helpful and courteous always. The well tiled shower room had perfect fittings delivering oodles of hot water on demand, Yet the shower cubicle was small. If funds allow it would be simple to replace with a larger tray and screen across the end of the bathroom. Though I dont enjoy criticising this lovely hotel delivering personable high standards of years gone by.

Suite was comfortable for us as a couple with two kids. The restaurant area was a bit crowded but it’s okay.
