The hotel is nice, clean, and comfortable.

Room is very small and very hot its not good

Very well run. Staff is working and seems to enjoy their jobs. Front desk is staffed well. Baggage storage is available. Quiet time is in place. Location is wonderful. Tram and mero, trains all close, not central but great pivot point. Nothing

Complimentary tea at the reception. There was an ATM in the lobby but I didn’t use it. This hotel needs renovation, plumbing fixtures are old and leaking. I was particularly upset with the following deficiencies: no AC (which was needed in the hot weather), no cleaning during my stay (4 nights), no towel exchanges, no TV (was repaired on the last night), lack of furniture (only table, chair and shelving, no mirror in the room, no carpet). And the noise coming from the corridor and the street outside. Breakfast was too basic to my taste, although I wasn’t hungry - ham, cheese, jam, eggs, sausage, cornflakes were available, no fresh bakery.

For me nothing

The staff at the reception and the bar were very friendly and helpful. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to the Old Town (and not only) by a simple tram ride. The shared toilet was the aspect I liked the least. The breakfast had a limited selection, and the elevator felt quite old and somewhat unsettling;

Midweek one night stay before an early flight. Simple room but comfortable beds. We arrived late and left early so nothing to complain about.

The room was quite smaller than we expected.

I really like the property and staff. The environment was very good. The locations was a bit far from the city center. But everything was satisfying.

No elevator. No AC in room. That opened window didnt help.

Breakfast was okay location was good for our needs Wish we had a fan in the room.

A charming hotel with pretty exteriors and the designs of the floors. Charming little elevator as well. The staff was nice and helpful, and the procedure was quick. The room is very bland, and the toilet isn't that clean. The TV wasn't working. We would also prefer one double bed rather than 2 singles. The room we stayed in was right next to the flag poles outside, so at night, we needed to wear earplugs to avoid hearing them squeak all night. It is stayable, but definitely not the most comfy.
