Everything was wonderful! From before we arrived, they were in contact with me and answered the questions I sent them. This does not often happen. We arrived on an early train, and they graciously welcomed us and stored our luggage so we could start to explore Prague, then sent us a message when our room was ready for check-in (several hours early), we were so pleased! The room was spotless and equipped with everything we could need ? The front desk answered all our questions and even loaned us a converter (we had forgotten ours) Can’t say enough great things about Hapimag! There really isn’t anything

The location was very convenient to all the places we wanted to visit

This place is located in the city centre and is close to all the main attractions. The host was welcoming and accommodating! The apartment itself is super spacious, has everything you need and more. Felt very comfortable. Nothing, maybe the facilities could’ve been more modern, but considering this building is a historic and old one, no complaints!

We liked the location next to the museum, the beautiful building and the attentive and friendly staff. We also liked the selection of food items available to purchase and some very nice restaurants (including the excellent vegan Palo Verde Bistro, and the traditional Czech Husinec) a few steps away. Not much to say. One or the other nightly disturbance, but that can happen anywhere.

The location.was convenient and the room was comfortable. However bare in mind that the check in starts at 4pm, but you need to log out by 10 am!!! It would be fair enough if they wanted to have enough time to clean the room, but they asked us to tidy up and bin our garbages!! I wouldn't go back again.....

I was looking for a central hotel in Prague that was close to the city's main attractions. For this purpose the hotel works very well, as it is within walking distance of several attractions. Breakfast is served in another location, but it is close by and very good. The only negative point to highlight is that the maid simply did not show up to tidy the room. The hotel management, as an act of compensation, gave us a souvenir to mitigate this serious error. I consider the hotel stay to be a positive one and recommend it for tourism purposes.

We liked everything - the location was great, the apartment was spacious, well equipped and quiet. In addition, the breakfast was wonderful with many options both for meat eaters and vegetarians. Everything was great

Great location, comfortable bed, easy check-in and clean Cold apartment, radiators were not functioning in the lounge and bathroom, it was very cold.

We really enjoyed staying at the Hapimag apartment! The apartment was clean and large enough for the family. I got warm birthday greetings and a small present from the apartment. The facility was also great as we could use the washing machine, cook, and have a minibar. The location and everything were perfect!
