Location is perfect. Walking distance to important places and subway. Attendants are helpfull and denobair. Price was a little bit high

The breakfast was nice with lots of options to choose from. The rooftop bar had great views especially at sunset. It's close to the metro. I booked a deluxe room with a castle view. The images here show panoramic views with lots of windows. The room they gave us had a glass door, that was it, no windows(see attached picture). They said this is the deluxe castle view room you get when you request two beds. After the first night they did move us to a room like what the pictures show. I just can't believe they consider the first room they gave us to be "deluxe". The pictures of the economy rooms look as good if not nicer than that room. Also the hotel is spread across multiple connected buildings, so it's like a maze getting from the lobby to the room. Even if you use the elevator you may have to go up and down multiple sets of stairs to reach your room.

The staff were wonderful, very friendly. The room was huge and spotlessly clean The air on units being on the mezzanine wasn’t great control was hot but it was 37 degrees that day!
