Great room, plenty big with a kitchenette with hot plate, electric kettle, and mini fridge. No AC, but provided a fan which kept us comfortable. Easy walking distance from train station and public transportation just around the corner! This is not a hotel, so just be aware that someone will meet you to give keys but no front desk, so we weren’t sure if we were in the correct place at first. Also, pillows could use an upgrade but they were ok.

Great location, the building was interesting building but when you walked in it was obviously rundown it smelled like garbage. They gave me a fan that was really necessary it was starting to get kind of warm in Prague that week I smelled like old garbage when you entered the building. I had a set of four different keys to get in there's no numbers on the doors so you never knew where you were. I had to switch rooms once it was quite confusing actually my first room I was in was OK you could tell her had some style and grace at one time in its life the second room bad. The staff is very nice I think for what it was it was a bit overpriced they called it a two star but I would call it a one star my second room is right on the street.

This place has a great location, right down the street from the awesome National Museum. The staff is super helpful and friendly. Even though the room only started with two towels, they quickly brought us extras and some pillows the moment we asked. They really know the area well and hooked us up with some great local tips. To top it off, they happily let us check out an hour late without any issues. The service here is definitely amazing! This hotel is overpriced for what it offers. The building is old and run-down. It is hard to find because there is no big sign outside. The kitchen is in terrible shape, making it almost impossible to cook. It actually lacks an exhaust fan or chimney, which makes cooking unsafe. It would be better to remove the kitchen entirely to save space. The furniture is completely worn out and squeaks constantly. This property desperately needs maintenance before tourists can stay here comfortably.

We had a wonderful stay at Prague at Museum Inn and would absolutely recommend it. The location is excellent, right by the National Museum and within easy reach of everything, yet it still felt very safe and peaceful. The building itself is gorgeous and adds so much charm to the experience. The owner is incredibly friendly, and the staff were amazing as well. always helpful and there every step of the way whenever we needed anything. Overall, it was a comfortable, welcoming, and memorable stay. Will definitely stay again!

Best location. The place is clean and comfy. The staff is very thoughtful and very responsive. The host had a lot of useful tips for the city and was very kind. Great value for the price. We will be back. Nothing

Perfect location. The guy who introduced us the apartment was so kind. Apartment was clean and safe. We'll stay here again when we come to Prague again!

Incredible location! Close to the metro and just a quick walk to trams. The room has a comfortable bed and a great bathroom...even a towel warmer! The bed is very comfortable and the fact that it has a tiny kitchenette (however flawed) helps with a traveler's budget. High ceilings and great light from the windows (double windows, so you don't hear the street noise). Man, I would've LOVED to have given this place a higher rating due to its positives, but there are little things that they should really address. By the way, this is NOT an "inn" in the traditional sense. It's a couple of tiny, self-contained rooms. 1. No one answered the door buzzer after several tries when we first arrived. I also called the number on WhatsApp, and no-one answered. I also texted on the Booking.com app with no answer. Only after I texted on WhatsApp did I hear a response that an employee would open the door for us. NOT a good first impression when you've been traveling. If it was late at night or bad weather, I would've been pissed! 2. The "kitchenette" area is an abomination. Yes, you can make meals here and that is very helpful for a budget traveler. But, the bistro seating looks like it was picked up off the street. The table was so wobbly that we had to put something under the legs. The chairs literally had black tape on them and were hard as rocks! There is very little in the way of utensils and cookware (and it also looks like it came off the streets!). There were no dish towels or paper towels, so we were forced to dry our dishes with our bath towels, which were the size of hand towels. Good lord, just take care of these issues and this place would be amazing. 3. I have no idea about this "Richard" person people are raving about. I never heard from him or saw him. No one was there to give us any guidance about the city. That's fine, as we didn't need help. However, after hearing so much about him, I was disappointed that he never checked in on us. It would've been nice. 4. The window area was very dirty. C'mon, this is an easy fix!! It's really sad about these negative points, as this place has MASSIVE potential. Seriously, spend about 100€ at IKEA and this place would be golden.

The location was superb. The commute was effortless; you can walk to the tram or metro on foot. Outside of the building, you can enjoy a great view of the National Museum. Wi-Fi was pretty good, the Bathroom was clean!! Sometimes it's too noisy as the rooms are road-facing. There was no option to cook some quick food.

Excellent location for affordable price plus the host was very friendly. Matbe the curtains and linens need some update, they give some dated vibe.

  • Engine customer Jan 2025

Everything was good, the room was small but with a kitchen and everything was tidy. The wifi worked really good, so no problems there. The bathroom was also clean. The staff was kind and also immediatly answered our call. ?

  • Engine customer Jan 2025

The host was very friendly and welcoming told us everything we needed to know about the location and pargue. The location of the apartment was perfect as well as it was only a few minutes walk from the main part of town and most of the tourist attractions

Place is full of mould although it seems to be painted cleanly. Avoid this place, you'll get sick mentally.

The room was simple but perfectly fine for an overnight stay with a small kitchenette and a fridge. The bathroom had a good shower and seemed to have been refurbished more recently than the room. There was quite a busy road outside but it didn't bother us due to double glazing. The location is good, especially for the train station and the museum opposite and the price is very reasonable. It was a little hard to find as it was one buzzer on a large street door to many apartments. The room was a little stuffy when arrived but this was probably due to it being very cold outside and the heating had been on.

Heating system was slow in the rooms

very close to metro station. The owner allowed us for early check in! We really appreciated his nice gesture, we arrived Prague around 8.30AM and he allowed us for early check in. Very big room. Nothing.

My stay at Museum Inn was perfect! The location is ideal if you want to be close to the main attractions and public transport. The host, Robert, is incredibly helpful and takes the time to explain everything about Prague and what the city has to offer. Thanks to him, I felt right at home and knew exactly where to go. I had a great time in Prague and would highly recommend Museum Inn to anyone looking for a comfortable and central place to stay.

  • Engine customer Nov 2024

The owner was friendly and helpful, giving us a nice introduction to the city and some useful advice for our sightseeing plans. The apartment is located in an old building, therefore the higene level was not so good. If the rooms received some renovation, new painting, deep cleaning and some fresh furniture, it would immediately improve the comfort level of the apartment.

  • Engine customer Oct 2024

The room is very old and the condition was poor. There were cracks in the wall.

  • Engine customer Oct 2024

Close to the city centre, very good location. Comfortable bed, cleanliness good. Althoug it is not allowed to install AC in the authentic building, the owner gave us a fan, which was truly helpful. There's also a possibility to use a washing machine if need. the street traffic is loud even late at night.
