Location, cleanliness, air conditioning, confortable bed, big bathroom, no bed bugs, working fridge, room very quiet, great breakfast. You don't pay the amount agreed upon on bookin.com. They send you a link and you pay in Czech money. I ended up paying almost 50 euros more for a week (very scammy). The hotel is not 4 star (no coffee machine in the room, no body wash, no shampoo).

Good location and a good, reasonably priced breakfast. There is 24-hour parking available for CZK 900 per day, which is cheaper than Palladium, where it costs CZK 1,100. Housekeeping is prompt, although not always perfect. Overall, the hotel is neither new nor perfect, but anyone looking for a higher standard should expect to pay more and look in a different price category. There was no kettle in our room, and having one would have been useful.

The location was very good. The manager was nice. I had a great view of the city. The bathroom and sink was spacious. The mattress was decent. The carpets, upholstery on the bench in the room, and curtains were very old and needed to be cleaned or actually replaced. The interior was very dated. The door locks were the old, not very secure magnetic card system. 2 times in 2 days I had to get the card key re-made. There’s no receptionist past 7pm and so you have to have a code to use the door. It’s just more stuff to worry about… especially if there’s a problem late after dinner and drinks.

The location is excellent. The breakfast is decent. Clean and spacious rooms. Easy check in since I arrived late at night and there was no one at the reception, I found an envelop with my name on it and key to the room inside it although I haven’t paid in advance. Nothing really

The location was very convenient for sightseeing- there were many attractions that were a close walking distance from the hotel. The staff was also very friendly and helpful! The wifi was a bit spotty.

Great location and walking distance to main Prague attractions Rude reception staff, cleaners hovering outside room each morning at 7am. Advertised to have a laundry facility and there are none on the property whatsoever

The room was relatively clean, spacious and quiet. This hotel claims to be 4*, so I expect some level of comfort and services so I don't need to invest much of my time and brain cycles into the stay. In my particular case: 1) information that 4* hotel doesn't have reception open 24h came via mail when I was already traveling -- so it was surprise for me. Luckily a security guy let me in. 2) There was an envelope with my name on the reception, the card inside didn't work with my room. Luckily, I was with colleague. His envelope was missing on reception but there was another with different name on it and he went for that one. Surprisingly, his card worked with my room and mine with his at the end. 3) The invoice they produced for me the next day contained mistake in dates and was not accepted by my organization. I had to ask for another one via email. As said, decent hotel in good location but in 4* hotel you expect minimum surprises...

Face to face the staff were nice. I have never seen worse communication. I still cannot believe how anyone can accept to be so unprofessional and cause this amount of confusion to your customer. You do not answer my questions, send random info and then when I ask why finally you overcharge my card, you reply with caps ”YOUR CARD WAS CHARGED”. Like really? First and foremost I am ashamed for all the nice Czechs and loving Prague as my former hometown, I just hope the western attitude would strengthen instead of this incredible eastern ignorance.
