The supportting is bad. I called the staff with the number on the instruction message regarding to not able to enter the due to the room door battery low. But the person received my call said the number is wrong even I repeated the number on the phone to him.

It's modern, well-located, and clean. I liked the bathroom, room size and the balcony Even though the communication via WhatsApp was pretty smooth, I'd appreciate it if there were someone on duty on the premises. The room has no iron, and it could not be delivered after 6 pm due to no staff being present. I was offered it to be delivered in the morning, but I clearly stated that I need to leave at 9 at the latest, which was accepted. The next morning I had to call to follow up as the time was approaching, just to learn that the housekeepers don't work at this time yet. In the end, I got it right before the leaving time, but it was quite stressful and in a rush

Clean and good location. Awful pillows. Breakfast wasn’t in the building but nobody said anything up until we asked…Wasn’t far but it wasn’t worth the 16 euros at all. Nothing worked in the building. No slippers, no extra pillows.

The location of the hotel is great, just a 5-minute walk from the National Museum. The hotel is super clean and comfortable. Self check-in is great. A big advantage is that you can leave your luggage in a special room at the hotel before check-in time and also after check-out until 19:00 on the same day. Highly recommended! The roof terrace view is amazing! The hotel provides towels, a variety of soaps, a hair dryer, a coffee maker, tea, and a fridge. You only need to bring your own slippers if necessary.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The breakfast had many fresh options and is definitely worth the price!! The self check-in went flawlessly and the ability to do it by yourself is def a big plus, but if you need any help they quickly answer all the emails and phone calls. The parking is really close, so we left the car there. The room and overall the hotel are really clean, modern and well furnished. I really enjoyed my stay and def recommend the place :)) It is actually really hard to say what I didint like. I was booking last minute and everything met or even exceeded my expectations.
