Breakfast was super good

The place is great! Location wise it is super centric. The staff is really helpful and caring. The room was also spacious, clean and really well maintained. There was a power shutdown for a moment when we were having breakfast but it got resolved quite quickly, apart from that nothing else.

A nice location. Building was quite nice looking and well kept Our room was facing a busy street. There is no air conditioning and we had to open the windows. Street was so loud and it was difficult to sleep

Hotel is very nice and the staff did amazing No A/C

Everything - staff was polite and courteous and amazing services. No Aircon - as it is a historical building, there are no ACs from floor 1 - 4

Beautiful entrance, great location. Lots of great bars nearby and easy to walk to old town. Breakfast was lovely and staff were very friendly. No aircon in the first room we stayed in and the shower was just a handheld shower head in the bath. We switched to the loft room which had aircon and a proper shower, although the shower was a bit blocked so the water would fill up quite fast

The air conditioning in the room at least made it bearable. This is NOT a place to stay for a business traveler. There isn't even a desk at which to work -- giant cavernous room, including bathroom, but very few amenities. I arrived late the evening before a very important meeting the next morning; immediately upon check-in I requested an iron (there was nothing in the room). I was told there was no spare iron in the hotel, but to check again in the morning. I checked again the next morning and received the same answer. I was told that the day staff would be coming in 20 minutes and to return to the front desk (among the list of absent amenities in the room is a PHONE - no way to call the front desk so I had to keep going up and down 5 flights). I was finally told that when housekeeping arrived, they would come to my room. No one came to my room. I was desperate and couldnt afford going to a meeting wrinkly in 90+ degree heat. Only a few hours later I received a booking.com email from management saying they didnt have one, and that next time I should request one sooner. What is sooner than immediately upon check-in? This hotel is basic. Terrible for any sort of business travel, and terrible for amenities. I will know for next time, and would rather stay in a non-descript chain hotel, rather than test what look like interesting and appealing boutique hotels like this.

The room was cold, no heating.

I booked The Loft apartment for my sister and her family. However the day before the arrival I was informed that it was not ready and the property changed the accommodation. While I was initially disappointed, the guest relations team (Roy), went above and beyond to offer comparable accommodation. My sister and her family felt very welcome and enjoyed their stay.

Lovely old hotel with friendly helpful staff. Great location, walkable to all major locations with lots of bars and restaurants 5 minutes away. Good value for a Prague Easter weekend. Nothing

We can put our luggage 1 day before check-in for free. Great service. They gave nice "gift" in the room and free chocolate in the lobby. Impressive. The location is uphill road from the metro station.
