Even on the north-side (facing Rimska st) blinds still let a lot of light in starting 5am. First (above zero floor) and second floor can get really shakey due to trains running underneath. You won't be able to imagine even how shakey until you experience it. No shake on the fourth and third floor.

Perhaps the offerings in the common areas can be improved as well as TV selection.

Property was close to public transportation, restaurants, shops and a wonderful massage place next door! I loved the whole neighborhood vibe. I would stay here again. N/A staff was attentive

Very convenient location, well equipped and (relatively) spacious rooms, good quality of the equipment and furniture. It can become a bit noisy at times (due to gatherings in the rooms).

The building is a refreshed antique building. The interior is brand new with a nice lobby. The rooms are styled and include everything we needed, including a washing machine and a kitchen. The apartment building is right at the center of the city! You have to walk down a few stairs when entering the lobby from the street. The bathroom is in the bedroom, so beware if you are staying with someone else

There was a smell in the room that would not go away.

I asked and received a baby bed, high chair and a bathtub. the staff were very personable and mostly helpful. The location - due to construction in the area, it wasn't as close to the metro as promised. With a stroller, it made a difference. Cleaning - the apartments get cleaned only once a week and since our stay there was exactly one week it means the apartment wasn't cleaned. There's no breakfast option at all (however, there're several Cafes in the area).
