We arrived at 11:00 about and although the check in began at 15:00, they offered us a voucher for a free coffee in an outside coffee shop! Two days later, was the birthday for one of us. We totally surprised, when they came in the breakfast room with a torte and candles! During the check out, the offered us a gift voucher for a discount accommodation in any of the “Czech Inn hotels” group, all over, and small souvenirs. All the staff, at the reception and the breakfast room (perfect, more than a sufficient breakfast) were extremely kind, helpful and smiling! Without a doubt it is one of the best Hotels, I’ve ever stayed ! It is for sure, that we’ll come back with the first opportunity ! Thank you all ! The 2 attic rooms at the 4th floor, that they gave us, were with air condition, and this is a thing that you must have on your mind : There is no air condition in all rooms!

The location and hotel staff were nice. There were also many bonuses that came with the room, including a Czech Inn Prague Pass card (worth looking into in advance). The bathroom floor was sticky in many spots with visible stains. The shower faucet was very old, rusty and couldn't be opened fully. The showerhead was also spitting water in all directions. The inner walls were very thin and there were very loud noises during the night when other guests arrived back singing, knocking on doors. Some were also listening to music, which was also quite loud. There was a glass bottle with water on the desk that the hotel staff always refilled and I only noticed after drinking from it that the glass was really dirty and there were small transparent pieces of something swimming in the water.

Lovely building, excellent staff and very clean As the building is a World Heritage Site the rooms cannot have air conditioning. The fan in the room was ineffectual so during the heatwave the bedroom was very hot making it difficult to sleep.

The Staff is very kind and gentle, great location and position. There's even a small cute garden where drink a cup of coffe and the breakfast buffet is great. Nn
