None Service was worst of all time. Threatened to call the police on me for “making them inconvenient because I don’t have a credit card”

Location staff and cleaning No fan in the room, ac but it was off and the filter was extremely dirty.

Breakfast is good enough

The reception staff. He very helpful and hospitality. The main door very heavy and the restrooms should be shared facilities that everyone can use. Currently, if someone is using one, the remaining people have to wait.

The reception staff all smelled of sweat. They gave rooms to all sorts of people. A drug addict kept going in and out of the room until morning, and it was the worst experience I've ever had. I couldn't sleep all night.

Easy to find + comfortable

Clean facilities and good location Just money business. Everything costs extra, glad that that I was not charged for using pillow and blankets. The staff said, “we need the money to pay the salary.” There was no hospitality, not a hostel spirit place. Even in the room, you even have to press each time to use water, annoying. No curtains per bed, no individual light. And the coffee machine for the breakfast, not sure how many days it was not cleaned and clean during the breakfast time. Very poor breakfast, even they have the warming machine, the food was still cold. Nothing was tasty. Staffs were just unhappy on their face. Will try to avoid these hostels as long as I have other options.

The cleaning staff showed no respect for guests’ sleep or privacy. They even took items from my bed, and later removed a rented towel without asking if I was still using it. Fortunately, the receptionist was very kind, gave me another towel, and apologized.

Luggage storage after checkout at ripoff prices.

The bar closes really early.

Location was convenient Beds were creaky and uncomfortable. Lack of mirror made it hard for us to get ready. Ants were found all over the room and other bugs. Temperature was unregulated.

Breakfast didn't worth the money Kitchen staff was not nice Charge for leaving the luggage a few hours Bunk beds difficult to go upper bed

No towels No toiletries Ridiculous prices for a rented towel/unsafe luggage storage; it's unbelievable that they charge to store luggage in a room, not even in a locker. The beds were terrible!!! The pillows were made of scraps of fabric stuck together. The receptionist (the African one) was very rude; he got angry because we didn't understand his accent, and he wouldn't let us pay the taxes by card. What if we didn't have cash?

A bit overpriced for 2 beds in an 8 room dormitory although I've booked months earlier. It's a place just to come back after a long day walk to sleep. Also the bathroom in the room is a plus if you were a group and took the whole room but a negative if solo or couple traveling as it doesn't feel to comfy and not always clean. I seriously was using the bathroom downstairs near the bar as it felt more private and cleaner.

but in evening it is very noisy

The location was okay. But everything else was too bad The first thing is the late check-in (15:00) while in all other places it’s 1-2 pm. We arrived at 6 am and had to book another place just to get some sleep. Secondly, there was a really bad smell at reception. Thirdly, and most importantly all the facilities are paid. Even the towels!! 5 euro each. Hairdryer is 1 euro for 1 hour! The door of shower cabin was broken that’s why we had to shower pressed against the wall to keep the water from splashing all over the bathroom. The sink was broken too. The walls are really thin. Also there was a fire alarm at 3 am in the morning because someone smoke a cigarette and we had to stay awake for 40 minutes and wait at the lobby (I understand it’s not administration’s responsibility but it left a negative aftertaste)
