Room was next to the road and noisy until late night. You could practically hear someone talking’s. Asked to change room they said they would look into it but nobody came back.

The location in Praha was in the heart of walkable sight seeing. Our breakfast was bountiful and full of variety-- even offered gluten freen bread on request. The room was lovely, clean, well appointed and spacious. The hotel staff were consistenly helpful and gracious. Small complaint, I didn't feel like the socks in th drawers that were available for purchase was a great idea. I often feel frustrated that there is an option/push for consumerism everywhere these days -- even in the privacy of the hotel room. Again, small complaint, and really the only one.

The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful, creating a positive first impression. The hotel was clean throughout, our room was well presented, and the breakfast was excellent, offering a good selection. There were a couple of issues during our stay. However, what stood out was the way they were handled - the staff responded promptly, professionally and with genuine care, resolving the situation to our satisfaction. While it's always disappointing when problems arise, the hotel's customer service and willingness to put things right deserve recognition.

Cute boutique hotel in a great location. Rooms are very spacious. We had a gorgeous loft style room. My kids had a room that wasn’t as modern but very comfortable. Breakfast was great.
