Unique atmosphere of old town Nothing

The location is truly exceptional—very close to Charles Bridge and within easy walking distance of Prague’s main attractions. This was by far the strongest aspect of the hotel. The hotel did not feel particularly comfortable, and the overall level of cleanliness was below our expectations. The rooms and facilities also felt rather dated. Considering the price and the hotel’s presentation online, it is best to keep expectations modest.

I liked the cleanliness, the breakfast, and the modern key system for all the doors. The elevator is also very convenient, especially for the upper floors. What I really disliked was the way my special requests were handled. When searching for a hotel, I specifically used the filter for a room with a **bathtub — not just a shower**. I chose this hotel and contacted the hotel team in advance to explain that this was a special occasion for us — my wife and I were celebrating an important anniversary. I clearly asked, if possible, for a **bright room with a bathtub and a view towards Charles Bridge**, rather than a room facing the back where the windows essentially look onto a wall. The hotel replied that they would do their best to accommodate these requests. Unfortunately, when we arrived, **none of these requests had been taken into account**. There was no bathtub, no view of Charles Bridge, and the room did not match what I had specifically requested. What disappointed me even more was the attitude when I tried to resolve the situation. The person at reception simply said that she did not know anything about my previous communication, that the hotel was fully booked, and that only the available rooms could be offered. There was no attempt to find a compromise or offer any alternative solution. I understand that special requests cannot always be guaranteed. However, in that case, I would have appreciated being informed in advance, especially since I had clearly explained how important this stay was to us. I could then have chosen another hotel. There was no alternative room, no possibility to move the reservation to another date, no partial refund, no gesture from the hotel, and no other solution offered. The attitude was essentially: **this is what we have — take it or leave it.** For this aspect of the stay, unfortunately, I can only give **1 out of 10**. If you have specific or important room requirements, I would strongly recommend confirming that they are actually guaranteed before booking.

The rooms were clean and well cared for and breakfast was great! I didn't like that the city tax was lumped in to the total bill, which I was initially asked to pay in cash until I insisted that I would pay city tax in cash but the balance by credit card.

Boutique hotel (only a dozen or so rooms) but spacious with a comfortable bed. Air conditioned so comfortable even in the summer heat. The included breakfast was exceptional with hot and cold selections plus fresh pastries and a cappucino machine. Right at the foot of the famous Charles Bridge with a grocery store less than a block away to buy bottled water, beer and fresh fruit plus regular groceries. The air conditioner was a little noisy, likely needed the fan motor replaced. Could use more outlets close to the night tables. No other issues.

The location was amazing! Despite being so central, I couldn't hear street noise (or neighbors) in the room. The breakfast was good, and the option of coffee and water all day was very welcome. I had a single room and it was quite small -- hit my head a few times. I assume anyone staying in Prague will not want to spend much time in their room, though!

The location is perfect! Breakfast was very basic. Not much selection .

The hotel staff is very warm and supportive. The location is extremely convenient—most of the main attractions are within walking distance, and walking around late at night feels completely safe. The breakfast was simple and light, but it included all my morning favorites. On our last day, we had no hot water in the room in the evening. Since reception only stays until 7:00 PM, we weren't able to inform them. Also, the sleeping pillows definitely need to be replaced—they were quite uncomfortable to sleep on
