The welcome was exceptionally friendly. The room was perfect in size and comfortable. After a 15 minutes walk, we entered the old town. So we just left the car at the free parking outside the hotel during our stay. The metro and streetcar is in front of the hotel. The breakfast was very good. Everyone in the hotel was helpful in any respect. Nothing more to expect.

The room was clean and staff were all nice and kind. We were there for two nights and come back again if we would go to Prague again.

Great location, amazing breakfast, very open and friendly staff. Very close to metro. No AC in rooms however before our arrival staff brought 2 big fans to the room which helped a lot during the heatwave

Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, very good breakfast with plenty of healthy options. Lack of air conditioning on a 32 degrees day. A large fan was provided, however it's just not suitable, and location does not really allow leaving the windows open overnight, as it's quite noisy if doing so.

The hotel is about a 30-minute walk from the Old Town. If you walk a little faster, it takes around 25 minutes. The location of the hotel is very nice, with beautiful churches nearby and supermarkets like Lidl within walking distance. The hotel is very clean. Especially the reception staff Katarina, who works during the day, and the gentlemen working in the evening are very kind and helpful. They are always willing to assist with anything you need. The hotel also has small surprises for its guests, which I think is a very nice touch. Even though they are small gestures, they make a difference. For example, guests can enjoy three free drinks on the terrace at a hotel in the city center. The reception also offers small refreshments whenever you like. I found this to be a very polite and thoughtful gesture.

Our stay at Charles Central was nothing but a pleasure. The staff was incredible- very helpful and kind. Rooms ( we had 2 as was 5 of us- but joined together which was lovely) were clean and comfortable. Rooms and bathroom could do with some refresh works but for the price you pay- truly amazing. Locations is best ever- tube station just outside the hotel- easy access to the attractions and other parts of the city. I wanted to focus on the breakfast- it’s Worth staying there just for that!! So much choice, everything fresh and sth for everyone! Again, another credit for the staff as the service at breakfasts was exceptional! Ohh forgot about welcome& goodbye gifts which made our stay even better Will stay again and defo will recommend! Thank you Czech inn team!

Czysto, dobre śniadanie, ciekawa okolica. Wyposażenie raczej wiekowe, ale zadbane. Brak klimatyzacji - w pokoju na 7 piętrze było gorąco w nocy.
