We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It has a great location with easy access and excellent public transport connections nearby. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and of a very good standard. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience.

It was very close to the center. Metro station was also very close so it was very easy to travel around the city. My room was always cleaned after I left the room and also each day there were clean towels waiting for me. Everything was amazing.

Breakfast: solid selection of food, everything was fresh and delicious, rich selection of desserts. Location: the hotel is not located in the city center, but there is a tram and metro station in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, and the traffic is working great. It was pleasantly quiet in the hotel. It would be really hard to find something I didn't like, everything was within expectations and even more.

I liked the staff, the location, the cleanliness. ფანჯრები გადიოდა შიდა ეზოში, სადაც არაფერი იყო დასანახი, პრაქტიკულად უფანჯრო ოთახი იყო, ესეთი ოთახის ფასი არ უნდა უტოლდბდეს ქუჩაში ხედიან ნომერს.

The room was clean, cozy and quiet. Breakfast was excellent. Garage parking spot was a plus. The location is perfect, near by metro and tram stations. A lot of grocery stores, cafes and restoraunts in a walking distance. Maybe to consider switching to liquid soap instead of soap-bar for making less mess on basin.

It was very close to metro and tram station. The room has some kind of smell trapped in and no proper ventilation if you open little bit window which was unfortunately not a good view but AC switched off. They should give microwave as well in the rooms
