Hotel Golf Prague

Breakfast was excellent, staff at checkin had good attitude and even change my room with an upgrade. Nevertheless, the A/C was not working properly and the room was really hot for Caribbean people ? As mentioned above, my greatest concern and dislike was the A/C not functioning well. The room was hot and maintenance could not do something to fix it and did not speak Spanish or English, although understandable. Other than this everything was great.

Exceptional breakfast. Nice staff. Good location w easy access to the tram. Everything was very good.

Staff could have been nicer. The pillows were too thick, had to sleep without them.

The room was not like pictures and in old building behind the new building ( only new buildings pictures are shown in the app) , it was dirty, dusty and stinky no way a 4 star hotel building the toilet had all over hair balls and bed sheets had hair also as if it was never vacuumed or washed, room was very small and has a very small window and we were 4 girls! Incredible! The breakfast was okay but not for 4-star hotel the plates were dirty , the staff were not nice at all only for Hassan he was the only person who smiled to us and solved our problem with the room , very amazing person

Food in the restaurant. I recommend choose another place for dinner.

4 people rooms are quite limited in space. Small wardrobe, so very limited space for clothes and luggage. The man attending the reception was not welcoming or eager to provide aid or support. It is strongly suggested to train reception staff on client interaction. The rest of the staff were polite and helpful.

easy to park, variety of food for breakfast, family room with interconnecting door (two bedrooms combined into one), free drinks in the fridge. Just a minor inconvenience: The connecting doors between two bedrooms were closed the first night, the staff helped to open the door the next day. Floor heating was not working in one room (the other room was fine). The soundproofing was OK in general, though was able to hear one noisy guest around midnight.

All the facilities are very good, friendly staff, breakfast is good, bathroom excellent, good lighting in the room and the bathroom. The distance from the city,but the tram is just outside. So it's not a problem,very comfortable place to stay.

The shower ? corner was very right. We found few foreign black hair on the bedsheets. The cleaning ladies were very loud talking in the corridor which is not good for the customers still sleeping or willing to rest.

Clean Looks New Well maintained Very good location to get onto highway Paid parking. I think it is greedy to demand parking pay. Massage was not good twice. Paying before getting massage is also weird. It’s like paying in the restaurant before eating. Fast food vibe. Food in the restaurant was very average. Steak not good, salads are crazy big portions :)
