The room was dirty in every way. The bed was in the worst possible condition. There was a terrible smell in the room. The bed sheets were stained. It was a nightmare.

Nothin absolutly rubish Avoid this hotel at all costs. This hotel was a complete disappointment from start to finish. We specifically chose it because it advertised parking facilities, yet upon arrival we discovered that there were no parking spaces available at all. Advertising amenities that cannot actually be provided is misleading and unacceptable. To make matters worse, we booked and paid for a room with a double bed, only to be told on arrival that no such room was available. Instead, we were given a room with two single beds, which was not what we reserved. When we requested to cancel the booking due to the hotel’s failure to provide the room type we had booked, the staff refused. We were left with no reasonable solution despite the fact that the hotel did not deliver the services it had advertised and confirmed. The customer service was poor, the communication was unprofessional, and the entire experience felt badly managed. This hotel failed to meet even the most basic expectations. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. If you value honesty, professionalism, and receiving what you actually paid for, look elsewhere.

The room was nice and the staff was friendly. I had a room with the balcony with a separate outside entrance, and both nights I was woken up at midnight by loud noise made by guests from the other rooms. The hall stank of cigarette smoke almost the entire time.

The breakfast area was nice. The street this hotel is located is very narrow so there is very little street parking. There is a $10 fee for parking. The room we had was small with twin beds on each side of the room.

Clean room. The most basic hotel with old furniturre. The table and chairs look like garden furniture. The wardrobe was broken. The TV played one channel only. The beds were hard, the bathroom from the 80s with broken sink, broken shower handle and a shower tray placed high off the floor and accessed through a very narrow opening. The enire place is awkward, outdated by a few decades, very far from the center, far from metro stop and terrible value for money. Interestigly, the receptionist said she gave me an upgrade...an upgrade from what? a tent?
