Friendly staff. Good parking. Clean. Breakfast was horrible. I don't mind a small breakfast but what was there was inedible. Please buy quality fresh ingredients.

The breakfast is quite simple, not many options for vegetarians.

Breakfast was actually very good and has just enough variety for everyone. It was very satisfactory and is worth it. Beds were extremely comfortable. Staff were very nice and friendly. Bathroom is nice, too. Location is good, in a local neighborhood. The hotel generally looks new and is more on the modern side. For the money, It meets the expectations. Room appeared to have been cleaned on surface level but was not clean. Found few strands of hair in the bathroom cabin. Our room had bugs inside. It is understandable for something to enter. But what is NOT okay is to have multiple visible spiderwebs hanging from the ceiling and in almost EVERY CORNER of the room. Even in the bathroom! The spiders were very big. We had to take care of several big spiders during the middle of the night. This was disappointing and is the reason for the lower score. Free Private Parking is advertised but only in case it is available. If it is full, they tell you to park on the street. And if the street is fully occupied (which it was), you'll have to find a spot yourself. Luckily, the staff was friendly enough to help us find the last available spot which was on the street right in front of the hotel. The cards used to unlock the door have a problem. Some are broken. We had to try multiple times sometimes trying for up to 3 minutes until the chip works so you can enter your room. You have to keep trying until it works.

We highly recommend this hotel, and would come again. Everything was perfect, the rooms are well equipped and clean. The breakfast is good, the staff is super friendly!

Near the hotel there's a supermarket Billa. The room smelled clean when we arrived, so no problem with that matter. The breakfast was tasty, but it was exactlly the same everyday. It was fine for our 4 nights stay.

we arrived early and were able to check in right away, which made our day much more productive. The parking area was beautiful and made us feel secure. The metro was right around the corner, and downtown Prague was only about 4 stops. The checkin folks were very friendly, efficient and helpful. The breakfast was great! We'd recommend, and certainly come back! would have been hard to find, but our GPS brought us right to the front door!

Clean, modern hotel. Private parking lots. Breakfast is pretty much continental but still fine. Subway station is 5 min walk so makes this location convenient to explore the city

Very nice location away from the city. Staff were lovely. We were used the Bolt app to get into the city as taxis were very cheap. We would stay here again. Breakfast was amazing!! N/A

The hotel was very quiet. The sheets and pillow cases were not changed during our stay. They changed the towels once and we could not always find a parking space.

Breakfast was very delicious The room was a bit on the dirty side, but all in all it was great.

The bedroom was very nice and comfortable, the bathroom and the shower amazing! Breakfast was very disappointing. Low quality overall. The elevator has been broken during the whole time (two days)
