I liked the hotel in general. It's clean, the breakfast was really good and the staff were friendly.The beds were soft. I would recommend it because its also a pet friendly & it's quite in the area. There is no AC in the room. The hotel opens the heater during the night and it were hot. We had to open the window. There are no plugs near the bed so you can charge your phone. The location is pretty bad because it's far away from the center of the town, you need 20 minutes with uber to get there.

The hotel was in line with expectations and previous guest reviews. The hotel is located near tram and train stations that quickly transport you to the old town of Prague. The price of accommodation is acceptable and good. The breakfast is at the level of the hotels rank, the rooms are clean and in line with expectations, the staff is extremely kind and helpful for all our questions or possible situations. Given the nature of our visit to Prague, where we could not know in advance how many days we would have to stay in Prague, at one point we had to temporarily check out of the hotel and then very quickly ask the reception for another day of accommodation in the hotel. The reception staff helped us as much as possible and with full understanding and very quickly resolved our situation to our mutual benefit. We would especially like to commend the staff at the hotel reception: Anastasia, Vladimir and Ladislav and would like to thank them for their help and helpfulness in situations when we needed their help. The entire hotel staff is commendable and we would recommend staying at the Michael Hotel to everyone. None

Clean rooms, great stuff and delicious breakfast. Definetly our choice of stay everytime. Everything was ok. NOT dissappointed.

the location is amazing quiet trees around like inside a forest. great access to public transportation and even for walk and jogging. the breakfast was perfect typical healthy food which match my favorite light foods. the room was so organized for one person to include everything i need. i did my work easily as software development and i felt like i am home. Over all, i had pleasure with the country and with my stay and i recommend this place .

The room have space, and the breakfast was really good It was a big walk to the nearest station without any street lights. The shower was to small for a 1,90 m man

Comfy bed with perfect pillows & duvet, washroom included everything necessary, we got upgraded room via booking.com & got our stay extended for 2 more days as we enjoyed everything & they gave us the same room with complimentary breakfast. Free parking on site which was very necessary and we traveled via public transport within Prague city as that was most convenient. Staff was very helpful who guided us with the map of the city. Bus was available from behind the hotel to go down to train station or else it was downhill walk. Tea coffee maker & mini fridge was available inside room too. Night staff gave us complimentary champagne while we completed the check in formalities. It was easy access to enter as we were very late. Morning staff was also very helpful throughout. You can enjoy the city while the car is parked safely at hotel. Breakfast was 7-10, but tourists like us who get up late it’s little difficult with time but no complaints with them. They helped us in every way

Nice breakfast, comfortable bed, big room, free parking, restaurant opened all day. Quiet area. A little far from tram, bus, supermarket. 11 minutes until tram or 7 until bus.
