The quirky retro decor. The variety of foods at breakfast. Location to trams and bus. Our room had no outside window so our window looked out onto a corridor. Room was a great size..

Beautifully and uniquely designed rooms with comfortable beds and air conditioning (which we appreciated as we visited during a very hot August). Lovely classic Prague building artfully redesigned to give a vintage 60's-70s vibe, but with all the modern amenities you can hope for. We were a family of four (with two teenage boys), and the family room was perfect with space enough for everyone. Helpful staff, wonderful breakfast area, and varied food/drink selections. Perfect location to explore Prague on foot. We all loved this hotel. Highly recommend whether you're a first time visitor or a regular. Be aware that there is limited parking and unloading at the front of the hotel can be a bit stressful due to the narrow street while other cars are trying to get past. If you have a small car, you can use their garage (for a fee, of course), but we had a larger car (Renault Scenic) that was too big to fit, so we had to use their parking area (which was secure), about a 15-minute walk away. Having said that, the fact that this hotel offers parking at all is worth noting, as parking in Mala Strana is very limited.

Clean, comfy beds, lovely room. I loved the balcony views. Breakfast was great. Unfortunately 1 bedside lamp light didn't work and there was not enough coffee and no tea in the room.

The breakfast was awesome. The main dishes changed every and it was obvious that great efforts were put into preparing the breakfast. The location was very convenient as well. For a hospitality establishment, the staff were a big letdown. Everyone (except Simon and a blonde average built lady with a ponytail in the breakfast area) were grouchy. The room that we were given is the opposite of everything that I asked for. Worse, the windows were facing "the courtyard", to be more exact, facing the walkway, giving you absolutely no privacy. If you close the curtains, you block the air conditioning making the room hot and stuffy. The toilet ventilator wasn't working.

Lovely staff! Very good location, near cafes, restaurants and bars, 10 minute max walk to "the" bridge. The room was great - nice design, big window to the street (1st floor), a/c worked well, bathroom was very well equipped, had a mini-fridge (nice surprise for me), large wardrobe for storage, safe, comfy chairs and a small table (not great as a desk if you need one); hotel had a good breakfast (variety of fruit and veg is always welcome), luggage storage, lift, secure front door. All was very clean and quiet. Just small things: the temperature in the shower was a little difficult to control; noise from the street early in the morning - keep the window closed; the breakfast playlist was a bit loud and repetitive :) The hotel is a bit uphill on cobbled streets, so if you've got much luggage, perhaps a bus/taxi would be better for arrival.

Location, interior design and decor. Buffet breakfast was good too. My only complaint is that the Air conditioning wasn’t working properly. The thermostat was set to 18C but it wasn’t cooling to that temperature.

The hotel was very cute! Super clean, designed thoughtfully. The staff were all polite and always smiling. The location was not too far of a walk to the Charles bridge and old.town. The entrance door. It caught my finger when I was opening it to enter the hotel. But that was more of a user error.
