Location of the hotel is perfect, away from the hustle and bustle of Old Town, but still close. We booked the Superior room with balcony view of the city, castle and the river (see the photos attached). Nice and cosy room, with sitting area, balcony with table and chairs. The staff was very nice and helpful. We booked only one night as we had to extend our stay for one day and we regret we didn’t book the whole stay we were in Prague. The breakfast was delivered to our room even though we forgot to inform them the day before. Btw, the food was delicious and very well presented. Usually the room service is shown on the TV in the room. That wasn’t the case so we didn’t even bother to call the reception and ask. I guess it would’ve been there if that was the option. Not a big deal.

The team here were so helpful - I needed help with some specific requirements and they were so accommodating to ensure I was comfortable. The room and view was gorgeous Being very picky but as I needed to spend quite a bit of my stay in the room, I found the TV channels were mostly Czech - I was hoping for at least BBC world news or some more English speaking channels

- Very spacious and clean room - Beautifully designed room and architecture - Good location transport wise, can easily access the old town and several landmarks - Nice views - Kind staff - The view was nice bit the windows were very dirty - The area was a bit dodgy, we witnessed an arrest and a few distributions (obviously this is not the hotel’s fault)

Beautiful hotel. wonderful, genuinely friendly staff and great location. Very comfy bed, beautiful bathroom, I really felt at home here. Always my first choice hotel, but it's a little expensive. Hotel can get a little noisy, but nothing too bad. Faulty coffee machine. A little expensive

Staff are genuinely nice and helpful, not fake friendly. The location is fantastic, the rooms are beautiful Not enough vegan options to consider buying the breakfast and the other guests can be a little noisy, nothing too bad. Stayed here 3 times and always had issues with the coffee machine, they're just nowhere near as good as a mini kettle
