Every thing was fine , staff were friendly and polite . It is 8 min walk to metro station line B and C . 15 min to old town. Breakfast was wonderful !!!! What do u need more for a comfortable stay !!? Nothing !

Good central location. Reasonably sized rooms and comfortable bed. Decent sized bathroom with good shower. Plenty of Breakfast options both hot and cold and a good availability bandwidth in the morning. Pleasant efficient staff on Reception. Little bit surprised that the hotel bar closed at 11pm, even on weekends. Some of our group like to have a nightcap in the hotel after an evening meal out in the city but this wasn’t possible.

The breakfast buffet is very abundant. Location is also near to the city center. The bathroom is risk for slippery floor since water is coming from the shower.

The location was excellent. Metro, tram and bus was only 2-3 min walk from the hotel. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was exceptional. Highly recommended for 2+ days of stay. nothing

The hotel is good, and the staff helps solve ongoing issues. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast is mostly the same every day but good; there is fresh juice and fresh fruit. The fancy name “Executive Double or Twin Room” just refers to a regular room, so don’t think that you’ll get something special. Pay attention, that the check-in is at 15:00, and check-out is at 11:00. The main issue in these rooms is the very small wardrobe/closet, which is fine for one person but not for a small family. Therefore, most of the clothes have to stay inside suitcases because there is no space for them in the closet. The same space issue applies to storing 2-3 suitcases in the room, as you can’t even fit one of them into the wardrobe. There was no water in the hotel early one morning. Fortunately, this happened when no one was taking a shower. There were also some issues with the parking garage. The staff helped fix them, but it was necessary to make international calls from the parking lot to the reception to get help. Otherwise, you had to walk from the parking area to the reception every time, which takes time. The receptionist mentioned a complimentary gift from the hotel because of these issues, and I still waiting for it. Another time, I had to walk from the parking lot to the reception because my key card stopped working, and I was unable to open the parking gate.
